Our expert resources focus on the main aspects of the documentary process, from generation to distribution and archiving of documents. We take care of the optimization of the whole documentary process in compliance with company guidelines and guarantee an extremely limited time-to-market for changes and adjustments made over time.
02 Specialized Services
We guarantee continuity in document production, including template design and update, technical support and evolutionary maintenance.
Templates are generated according to brand guidelines and allowing, at the same time, the update of pre-existing models. Whenever the management becomes more complex, we are ready to answer promptly and take swift action on a massive number of templates. This might be crucial, for instance, after regulatory or business changes.
03 Development and Support
We develop customizable and specific software solutions, which can be seamlessly integrated in our customers’ ICT architecture.
As the team is cross-functional, it can be adjusted to meet particular needs and activated at different times.
